Agexa is a studio that launches and scales e-learning brands. With a portfolio of 11 brands generating over $100 million in annual revenue, Agexa specializes in bridging the gap between expert knowledge and effective teaching.
Challenge
Manually identifying warm leads was time-intensive and missed several high-quality prospects.
As part of their growth strategy, Agexa launched a new division offering email marketing services to e-learning brands similar to the ones they operate. They needed to rapidly identify and connect with potential clients who fit their criteria: specific types of software companies, and e-learning companies who sold high-ticket online courses.
Agexa recognized the potential for warm introductions within their network but needed a more efficient way to scale these opportunities. Manually combing through their team’s LinkedIn connections to find leads was time-consuming and often incomplete, missing several potential warm leads.
Solution
We used AI to improve the process of finding and scoring leads to help Agexa uncover and prioritize warm leads in their network.
We partnered with Agexa to develop an AI-driven lead identification process that includes:
- Exporting all LinkedIn contacts of Agexa team members and other potential referrers.
- Using AI to evaluate each contact on a scale of 1-10 based on how well they fit Agexa's specific criteria for an ideal lead.
- Scoring leads against this rubric to rank and prioritize the best opportunities for warm introductions.
This process allows Agexa to quickly and efficiently identify high-potential warm leads within their team’s existing networks, significantly outperforming their previous manual method.
Results
Melior's improved workflows doubled their warm lead pipeline, allowing their sales team to focus on closing - not finding - customers.
